CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT – A system we have developed over years to manage the work, finances and details of a project. This system is transparent with all bookkeeping shared with the client. Our fee for managing any project is based on a percentage of the costs.

This system creates a cooperative working relationship between the homeowner and us.

DESIGN – Fokine Construction can provide complete design services. From new construction to renovation, many of our clients make use of our in house design services. PERMITS – As part of our complete service philosophy, we provide all necessary documents and permits required, such as:

1 – Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) – Permits and interpretation of regulations as they pertain to your property. Letters of Non-Jurisdiction and DEC variances.

2 – Suffolk County Department of Health – We are certified to design, inspect, and install septic systems and wells.   Our company has a long history of working with the SCDH dating back to the early 1980s and routinely designs all new and upgraded systems for our clients.

3 – Local Town Permits – Fokine Construction makes the permitting process part of our service package, leaving the often frustrating and esoteric procedure of understanding town codes and requirements to those who understand them. We have a working personal relationship with many of the local building department personnel.

ENGINEERING – Licensed Professional Engineer on staff. Our engineer reviews and calculates structural and energy code standards. We are in constant review of new, innovative construction technology, building today with many different products and materials, as well as energy code requirements, review, and application.

GREEN TECHNOLOGY – Fokine Construction is a strong advocate for improving the efficiency and health of our structures. We have been using Green products and building homes using this technology since the 1980s and will continue to incorporate new ideas into our jobs.
